What shape of insanity keeps leading you back to me?

Sorry for that last blog and the broken promise of updating from the stadium. At first, it was boring, then it was raining and finally there came Robbie. And I forgot all about the sidekick. The concert was absolutely brilliant so you can ignore the mixed reviews from the local media. 210,000 people in 3 days can't be wrong. Rob's the greatest!

Favourites of mine at the concert included Monsoon, Strong, Let me entertain you and every other song Robbie sang except maybe Rudebox, the new single, which is such a spectacular failure musically that I almost like it. LOL.

Is it wrong to want to see him again and not be willing to wait a couple of years for the next tour? The last time I was so obsessed by an artist's tour was a few years ago when I saw Herbert Grönemeyer live 3 times during one hot summer (2003). But damn, it was good and Robbie himself called the first show in Munich his favourite of the whole tour. My iPod's been spinning nothing but RW ever since. With the exception of Ne-Yo's Sexy Love which I'm digging a whole lot as it has this young MJ vibe to it. Sweet!

Anyway, the week at work was busy but at the same time rewarding. I have a much better reputation in my department than I deserve because many days I am nothing but a lazy cow but I get opportunities to shine every now and again, use them and get lots of credit for it. Not that I mind. I can do more and better and they've been starting to take note. Here's hoping I may have a career after all. LOL. I even cleaned my desk this afternoon.

No plans for the weekend yet. I will meet Katja either tomorrow or on Sunday. Hanka is still in Dresden, Anne is busy with celebrating a new A at uni and having fun with one of her men, and I only just met Claudia, who is almost 8 months pregnant now, yesterday. We had lunch together, which was really nice and it reminded me to keep her close as I really do like her a lot. :-)

Alright, happy weekend everyone.

Eww @ Robbie.

But I've just discovered Ne-Yo last night, too. Though I prefer the song "So Sick". Then again I find it boring that he sounds like Michael without having the potential to ever really be as good as him.

No no no!!! Nothing like an obsession with an artist's tour. It gives so much happiness & excitement. I've never regretted going to as many concerts as possible, and have often regretted not going to more.

You simply don't give yourself enough credit. Clever people do "normal" things easily, which already makes them stand out, and then the "extra bits" are what make you amazing. Trust me! :P
