The most stupid things happen to me sometimes. I am still at work and I just spoke on the phone with a man in another department. I don't know him and obviously I was a little confused because I ended the conversation with a "thank you and goodbye Misses.... Fortunately, the man on the other end of the line took it pretty well. He must have thought I was a little crazy. He's right, but I'm good crazy.

What else is new? Oh yeah, my mom is in town for business but she's staying with my brother and I and last night she already ironed all of our clothes. It always embarrasses me that she's doing that but not enough to do it myself before she visits. In fact, I love (and depend on) that sorta help from my mom. I'm lazy like that.

[2 hours later]

No, I am not overly busy at work. I am just really struggling to come up with something remotely interesting to share here with you. Still failing. I am also very hungry but leaving office to get something from across the street isn't allowed and we don't have any vending machines. *sigh*

Waiting for my mom to call me actually. Maybe we'll go out for dinner. But seems like she's still busy at work.

Oh yeah, my boy read the blog. It's all good though. He wasn't upset. In fact, he may have learned a thing or two that may or may not prove helpful along the way. The thing that shocked him most, you ask? "I didn't know you liked Kelly Clarkson that much."

I have to go now. Sorry I couldn't finish this but work is over for today.
